The module General View is used for graphical and tabular visualization of quality properties related to a particular production line. User can pre-set display pages (called views) to examine the development of properties. While the suited amount of data for other PMS modules is limited, this module is designed to create presentations of large amounts of data to reveal the development of long term trends. 

The Graphic Grade Report modul visualizes the trend of roll properties produced within a paper grade or production run.

For each roll the average, the min/max, the target and the 2-sigma values can be charted and displayed. On demand, more then one fabrication can be selected for easy quality comparison.

The goal of the Event Report modul is the replacement of manual event recording like shift reports and the inforcement of proper event classification.

The data collected by the event report forms the common basis for meetings and technical reviews. In addition the structered event classification is a guidance for quality and process improvement.

The Grade Report modul is the tool that provides the insight view of the evaluation of quality attributes for a particular paper grade or fabrication.  This includes targets, tolerance limits, barrier limits, averages, minima, maxima and 2-sigma values.

The module Sheet Break Statistics is used for location- and time-based acquisition and analysis of sheet breaks and production failures. The classifikation for sheet breaks and production failures is organized by failure cause and process location.

The module Hole Statistics is one of our two modules for location- and time-based acquisition and analysis of error recording (the other module is Sheet Break Statistics). The catalogue of hole types is location-dependent and therefore very flexible (it is possible to have completely different catalogues for each production location). The recording of the events includes reel ID, cause, location, date and position.

The modul Time Plot evaluates samples from time-referenced data e.g. pH-values. As an option values like related targets and related tolerance limits can be overlayed in the plot.

The Production List is a comrehensive view of all manufactured reels over any desired production period. It shows the production runs with time stamp, the produced paper grades and the associated reels and rolls.
