The module General View is used for graphical and tabular visualization of quality properties related to a particular production line. User can pre-set display pages (called views) to examine the development of properties. While the suited amount of data for other PMS modules is limited, this module is designed to create presentations of large amounts of data to reveal the development of long term trends. 

The module supports the following functions:

• Data selection
• Display option 
• Data export

Data Selection

The data selection takes place on the left-hand side within the navigation tree with the following criterias:

• User page
• Location
• Period
• Variables
• Measurement header

Optional, you can set various presentation options. 

Display Option

The following presentations are available:

• Trends
• Normal curve of distribution
• Value lists
• Correlation graphs

Correlation graphs imply regression lines, average values of all setpoints, average values of all upper tolerance limits, average values of all lower tolerance limits and measurement values of the selected variable combinations.

Data Export

As export function you can select between:

• Print graphics
• Save graphics
• Copy graphics
• Print table
• Export table

Additionally, all diagrams can be copied to the clipboard for further editing and all tables can be exported into MS Excel.
